In collaboration with Don’t Panic Projects, we are offering a free, one day event that allows Northern agency leaders to come together for quality learning, peer to peer networking and inspiration.
Targeted at senior level delegates, the event will feature a keynote address and a series of inspiring presentations including sessions addressing the challenges of leading an agency, productivity, SAAS tools and agency hacks, how to encourage and nurture a growth culture, how to attract and retain talent, building for an exit or sale, funding, M&A and MBO or employee ownership and strategic planning for growth.
Our partner, Phil Gripton will look to really expand your thinking on the day, set up the challenge to think big and stretch to compete on a national and international stage. Jim Houghton, Miles Welch & Martin Palethorpe will also be presenting on the day as well as other members of the Waypoint team available for networking.
