Waypoint’s genuine commitment to “achieving sustainable growth for its clients” was a major attraction for new Board Advisor and Partner, Andy Brown, who has joined the business and brought more than 20 years board level experience with him.

Since 1999, Brown has worked primarily within the digital sector, most recently holding the position of Managing Director at paid search, SEO, programmatic media buying and analytics specialist, agenda21.

“For me, what sets Waypoint apart from other consultants of their kind is its apparent consideration for the sustainability of a business, far beyond focusing solely on its sale. Waypoint genuinely works towards achieving sustainable growth for its clients, in order that a sale or merger works for both parties in the long term. So, when I started to look for a new challenge and this opportunity was presented, it was an easy decision to make,” said Brown on his move to Waypoint.

This appointment, along with two more senior additions in Alexander Duffy and Lisa Mandell towards the end of 2017, has significantly bolstered Waypoint’s offering for 2018.

Miles Welch, partner at Waypoint, added: “With Andy on board, Waypoint is now even better placed to advise our clients on how to structure for the future in order to benefit from, rather than fall foul of, these market shifts.”
